Ordering
* Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
* Orders cannot be changed once they are submitted. Please double check your order before you submit.

Returns
Items returned for any reason other than our error will incur a 10% restocking fee; shipping costs will not be refunded. If we make a mistake (size or color) please send the item(s) with a copy of the invoice and a note of the problem to our address listed above. We will correct the situation as soon as we receive the incorrect item(s) in our office.
